Return & Exchange Policy

365-Day Warranty:
We offer a comprehensive 365-day warranty starting from the date you receive your product. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that this warranty does not extend to damages resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper care.

30-Day Exchange & Return:
If you are not satisfied with your eyewear, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund. Please be aware that only shipping fees will be applicable. Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange or return. Additionally, please note that any ''exchange order'' is not eligible for another exchange or return.

Replacement and Return Procedures
MieMie error—such as a quality issue or damage upon arrival, glasses received are not what I ordered, missing parts or defects, glasses are broken after wearing less than 30 days.—we will promptly issue a replacement or a full refund, and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for returning the affected products.
Customer error—such as entering the wrong prescription, selecting an unsuitable size, or not liking the glasses (in order to avoid the errors mentioned we recommend you to contact the customer service to place yor order)—we ask that you handle the return shipping yourself, and we will not provide a pre-paid shipping label.

N.B:
  • If you request a refund, the initial shipping fee paid at the time of your order will not be refunded.
  • For exchanges, once we receive the returned package, your new order will be processed. The price of the new item should be equivalent to the original purchase; any price difference will need to be settled before dispatching the new item.

Order Modification and Cancellation Policy
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.

Before Shipment:
  • We can assist you in updating your shipping address or merging orders for combined shipping.
  • Please note that certain modifications cannot be directly made once the order is placed. If you require changes beyond updating the address or merging orders, we recommend canceling your current order and placing a new one.

Processing Fees:
Please be aware that if your request for modification or cancellation occurs after your order has entered the processing stage, additional processing fees may apply.

Custom Orders:
Since all prescription lenses and paid lenses are specially customized, they cannot be modified or canceled free of charge once they are in processing. Please refer to the chart below for specific processing fees associated with modifications or cancellations.

When can I expect to receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited within 3-7 business days to the original payment account used for the purchase.
Please feel free to contact us if you don't receive the refund within the days listed above.
Important Notice
  • The frame color you see on our website may vary from reality due to lighting conditions, differences in screen resolutions, and the backgrounds used in photos.
  • The frame sizes listed on the temples may vary according to different manufacturing standards. For accurate sizing, please refer to the specific dimensions provided in the description of each frame on the MieMie website.
  • The prices quoted include any Value Added Tax (VAT) that MieMie is required to remit to tax authorities. Please note that once an order has been shipped, MieMie is unable to issue refunds for VAT. Additionally, VAT cannot be applied to any coupons or discounts.
