How to Distinguish Quality Photochromic Sunglasses

The core of photochromic polarized sunglasses lies in the lenses. While the market offers a wide range of options, we strive to deliver superior visual performance.

  • Photochromic Polarized Sunglasses

Our photochromic sunglasses darken significantly under strong UV conditions on sunny days, effectively blocking intense sunlight.

  • Ordinary Sunglasses

Regular sunglasses often have poor polarization, leading to a hazy view that can increase the risk of accidents while driving.

  • Photochromic Polarized Sunglasses

Lenses lighten to ensure brightness and prevent accidents.

  • Ordinary Sunglasses

    Vision becomes dim and unclear.

  • Photochromic Polarized Sunglasses

Lenses darken to effectively prevent snow blindness and provide a gentle view.

  • Ordinary Sunglasses

Visibility becomes extremely poor due to snow reflection, making it difficult to see road conditions clearly.

Polarization Test

- On the polarization card, no fish is visible without polarized lenses.

- With polarized lenses, a fish becomes visible.

Testing in Sunlight

- When exposed to direct sunlight through sunglasses, areas not covered will change color, indicating the lens's polarization effect.

- Place a cover over part of the lens and expose it to sunlight.

- After ten seconds of direct sunlight exposure, remove the cover.

Color Change Principle

- The lens contains color-changing agents that react chemically under UV radiation, causing rapid color transformation.  - Without sunlight, the lens returns to its original color.
